We’re on the lookout for a Shop Manager to lead and manage our Wollaton Charity Shop.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily Store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement
  • Manage store budgets and monitor expenses
  • Cultivate a High-Performance Sales and People Culture
  • Planning and managing deliveries and collections
  • Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
  • Ensuring an efficient back-room operation
  • Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
  • Creating a store layout that in line with brand guidelines

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for the work that TAAS does.
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively
  • A flexible approach to allow adaptability to the changing needs of the organisation.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full, clean UK driving license (Category B); For expenses claimed for work purposes, business insurance may be required.

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
