What You’ll Be Doing:

Logistics Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and manage daily vehicle routes and driver workloads to ensure timely servicing of clothing banks, shop stock deliveries, and collections.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a small team of drivers with compassion and consistency, supporting performance through fair delegation, coaching, and recognition.

Fleet & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe, conducting and logging all necessary pre-use checks.
  •  Monitor driver hours, behaviour, and telematics data, addressing non-compliance with courage and clarity.

Stock Bank & Donation Support

  •  Coordinate regular collections from clothing banks across the patch, managing overflow risks with proactive communication.

Retail Support & Collaboration

  • Work in partnership with Area Managers and store teams to plan and fulfil retail stock movements efficiently
  • Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of shop stock, including furniture and bulky goods, delivering with a customer-first mindset

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Report against regional transport KPIs weekly, including service rates, bank collections, driver performance, and cost indicators.​​​​​​​

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations
  • Proven ability to manage routes, schedules, and vehicle allocation efficiently
  • Sound knowledge of transport legislation, driver hour limits, and vehicle safety compliance
  • Experience leading or supervising a team, with confidence in feedback and task setting
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, routing, or fleet tracking
  • Organised, adaptable, and responsive to operational needs
