What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond to enquiries about donating IT equipment and using our free Data Erasure Service.
  • Gain technical knowledge and research items to accurately assess the value of donations offered for collection and decline where necessary.  
  • Schedule collections of IT equipment ensuring you create cost effective routes and adhere to drivers working hours restrictions.
  • Audit Data Erasure Reports and send them to our supporters who have donated equipment in a timely manner. 
  • Help Asset Tag and Shelve equipment when it arrives at our secure facility (please note some equipment may weigh up to 20KGs).
  • Assist in preparing stock for bulk sales and check stock during stock takes
  • Support in advertising processed stock on our eBay store
  • Assist in securely packing sold items and dispatch to customers
  • Complete any additional planning and administration tasks as required to support the smooth running of the department
  • Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Familiarity with eBay and customer service
