What You’ll Be Doing:

This role exists to help us save more lives through the power of partnership. You will lead on the identification, cultivation and stewardship of corporate gifts-in-kind – securing stock to sell in our shops, reduce waste, and grow income that funds our frontline care.

Alongside securing product donations, you’ll engage companies in deeper relationships – whether through volunteering, CSR, pro bono support, or cause-related marketing – all aligned to our mission.

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience in fundraising, sales, account management or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – including pitching and negotiating
  • A self-starter who lives our value of determination – persistent in approach, optimistic in setbacks
  • Understanding of commercial stock flows and/or retail environments
  • Skilled in relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and confident with CRM systems
  • Able to travel for face-to-face meetings or events

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
