The Operations Team Leader (NCAA) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the NCAA Crew Members to ensure effective tasking and compliance of The Childrens Air Ambulance. About the NCAA Crew Member role

Our Crew Members provide support to specialist neonatal and paediatric clinicians during NCAA transfers, whilst working alongside our amazing team of Pilots and Airdesk Coordinators.

Within our current team, we have Crew Members with varied backgrounds from Emergency Care Assistants, Ambulance Technicians, Associate Practitioners and a Paramedic!

Acting as the technical expert for the bespoke NCAA interior and stretcher system, the Crew Member can provide support and troubleshoot any issues should they arise. In addition, the Crew Member will carry out tasks to ensure the aircraft and base are fully operational, ready for tasking.

  • Leadership / Management qualification (or working towards)
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience of working within healthcare (5+ years)
