“Your Career. Your Impact. Our Mission.”

"I retired from Ocado in May 2024 after 12½ years, finishing as Compliance Training Manager, leading a team delivering accredited training in Fire Safety, First Aid, Food Safety and Health & Safety. After taking some time off, I wanted to stay active through volunteering and joined the Hinckley Air Ambulance shop in July 2025, working two afternoons a week. I enjoyed meeting customers and supporting the charity. Later, through conversations with Jo Bouchard, I was introduced to opportunities in Health & Safety and began supporting Dave Hallam with risk assessments and other projects. This grew into volunteering two days a week, moving from the shop to focus on H&S, where I can apply my background to support operations and promote safety. Recently I joined an audit at Coventry Air Base and am now involved in developing risk assessments and safe systems of work for transport operations."

Our Values

At the heart of everything we do are the values that guide our actions, shape our culture, and reflect our commitment to the people and communities we serve. These values define who we are as an organisation and inspire us to act with integrity, purpose, and care in all that we do. They are more than words — they are the foundation of how we work together, make decisions, and strive for lasting impact.

Compassion

We succeed because we care. We care about our patients, our supporters, our partners and our colleagues. We act with dignity, humility, integrity and respect.

Courage

We succeed because we dare. We are bold, pioneering and brave enough to ask questions of ourselves and others while

actions are taken with responsibility.

Creativity

We succeed because we innovate. We recognise that new ideas, big and small, are essential for future growth. We are curious, we embrace change and we rise to the challenge.
